Makes 16 balls
NOTE: You can use dairy-free cream for vegan or lactose intolerant guest
1 1/2 cups cream
1/2 cup cacao powder, sifted
6 tbsp golden syrup
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Chocolate chip cookies, crushed
- Whisk the cream until stiff peak stadium. Then add the cacao powder to the cream and mix well.
- Add the vanilla essence and then the syrup and mix through until smooth.
- Place in the fridge.
- Start by placing your biscuits in a bowl and then pipe some mousse on top of the biscuits.
- Garnish to your own liking with fruit or chocolates. Serve cold.
