- 4 slices Baguette bread
- 100g butter
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 8 pieces smoked salmon
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 medium-sized red onion
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Cut the Baguette into 3cm pieces and brush with melted butter and garlic. Grill the bread till toasted on both sides. Set aside.
- Mix together the cream cheese, chopped onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper and milk, to make a smooth paste. Set aside.
- Separate the Salmon pieces from one another. Roll them up and set aside.
Place the Baguette pieces on a plate and pipe the cream cheese filling on top of each slice. Place 2 rolled-up pieces of salmon on top of the cream cheese and garnish with lemon slices and some dill.
