Megan SmithI wanted to share some of the photos I took last summer (2010) while at Elephant Plains for three days. We had the most wonderful, relaxing and exciting experience while there and cannot wait to come back for an even longer stay. Everything was so beautiful, from the rondavels to the food, to the brush walk and the driving safaris. We really couldn't have asked for a better time while we were there, and it's a memory that we'll cherish forever. Thank you so much, Megan Smith. Robin Hester, South AfricaI am a regular visitor to the sabi sands, about 5 times a year. This trip just stood from the rest... I had incredible sightings, such as witnessing Tsalala females chasing a unknown male leopard up and tree and once it jumped down, the pursuit to try kill it. Luckily the Leopard got away. I got to see 4 huge unknown male lions crossing through the property, the young Styx male lion fighting with the Majingie over his giraffe kill. Saw the new big male leopard (Emsagwena) who has moved into the area. He is the biggest male leopard I have seen, taking into account that I have seen Muffafanyan, Tyson and Mvula. I got to spend some quality time with young Mati (male leopard) as he was stalking impala and also got to see the legend safari to complete my Elephant Plains safari. The general game and Elephant and buffalo were plentiful. Can't wait to get back. Christine (London, England)I visited Elephant Plains in May this year and had the most wonderful time.
