The Big 5 highlight of the week was to see Shadow, the female leopard, stalking and killing a young impala on Marula Bult South

  • A breeding herd of about fifteen elephants feeding on A-main close to Ncombe Road
  • Three buffalo bulls resting in the mud wallows north of Treehouse Pan
  • Kurula, the female leopard, scent marking around Baboon Pan
  • Wabayiza, the sub adult male leopard, resting in the Mlowati river bed
  • Twelve buffalo bulls resting close to Serengeti Pan
  • One of the Majingi male lions chasing the sub adult lioness out of the Tsalala pride around Nyati Bamba Road

  • Salayexe, the female leopard, moving east on Robson’s boundary
  • A breeding herd of about twenty elephants moving south from Boundary pan
  • One Majingi male lion resting west of Boundary Pan
  • Four Tsalala pride lionesses resting at Simbambili Dam
  • Another breeding herd of about sixty elephants feeding around Pommies Pan

  • Salayexe, the female leopard, stalking impalas on EP floodplain
  • Tingana, the male leopard, mating with Shadow, the female leopard, on Wetpatch open area
  • Four Tsalala pride lionesses moving east from Serengeti Pan
