Rates include 14% VAT, accommodation, all meals, morning and evening game drives, bush walks, tea and coffee.
Your bar, mini bar and game drive drinks, curio shop purchases, Spa treatments, telephone calls, laundry services and child minding services are extras for your own account.
Guides and pilots will be allowed to go on the game drives, if space on the vehicle allows it. Drinks are for the guide's own account. |

CANCELLATION FEES
Elephant Plains reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees, should a confirmed reservation be cancelled within the following periods:
- If cancellation of any booking, or any part thereof, is received 31 days or more prior to arrival, the 25% deposit will be forfeited
- If a cancellation of any booking, or any part thereof, is received between 30 - 08 days prior to arrival, 75% of the total balance (Accommodation and Transfer fees) will be forfeited
- If a cancellation of any booking, or any part thereof, is received within 07 - 00 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total balance (Accommodation and Transfer fees) will be forfeited
